35% cream | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((50 ml)) |
MAKING
1. For simple syrup, in a saucepan, heat sugar and 1 cup water over medium flame just until the sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from heat and allow it to cool.
2. In a pitcher pour lemon juice along with the remaining 3½ cups of cold water, simple syrup, and cream. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.
SERVING
3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
