Farm Stand Lemonade

Cream? In Lemonade? Yes! It may seem odd at first, but this is so great!

Ingredients

Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((250 ml))
Water 4 1/2 Cup (72 tbs) , divided ((1.125 L))
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) ((175 ml or 3
35% cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((50 ml))

Directions

MAKING

1. For simple syrup, in a saucepan, heat sugar and 1 cup water over medium flame just until the sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from heat and allow it to cool.

2. In a pitcher pour lemon juice along with the remaining 3½ cups of cold water, simple syrup, and cream. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVING

3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
