Joan'S Lemonade Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen lemonade concentrate 6 Ounce
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs. Mix flour, salt, and soda, then add alternately with 1/2 cup concentrate. Add grated rind. Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned around edges. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining concentrate, then sprinkle with sugar.
