Ingredients
  Barley kernels 2 Tablespoon
  Barbados sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , pared and juiced
  Boiling water 1 Pint (570 Milliliter)
Directions

MAKING
1. Add barley kernels in a jug along lemon juice, sugar, and rind.
2. Pour boiled water over the mixture and keep it undisturbed until the mixture turns cold.
3. Strain the liquid before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve the lemonade with some crushed ice during summer months.
