1 Remove the rind thinly from the fruit.
2 Make sure to leave the white pith on the fruit.
3 In a jug, put the rind and sugar.
4 Pour boiling water in the jug.
5 Stir well and allow to cool.
6 Add in the fruit juice.
5 Pass through muslin or a fine strainer to strain the mixture.
6 Pour in glasses and serve.
