|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mint extract||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) In a bowl, stir the honey in hot water until dissolved.
2) Stir in the lemon juice, cold water and mint extract.
3) Pour the Minted Lemonade over ice in 4 glasses, garnish with mint leaves, if desired and serve.
