Minted Lemonade

Ingredients
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mint extract 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mint leaves 4
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, stir the honey in hot water until dissolved.
2) Stir in the lemon juice, cold water and mint extract.

SERVING
3) Pour the Minted Lemonade over ice in 4 glasses, garnish with mint leaves, if desired and serve.
