|Fresh strawberries||2 Pint|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1) In the container of a food processor or an electric blender, put the strawberries and process till they are smooth.
2) In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water together and cook over medium flame till the sugar has dissolved completely.
3) Mix the sugar mixture, strawberries and lemon juice together properly.
4) Chill the mixture.
5) Serve chilled, over ice. Can be garnished as preferred.
