Fresh Egg Lemonade

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Lemon juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Superfine sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Soda water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Shake or blend together the sugar, eggs and lemon juice.
2) Add more sugar to taste, if desired.
3) Strain the liquid into 2 tall glasses.
4) Fill each glass with soda.

SERVING
5) Serve topped with an ice cube.
