|Grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar||10 Cup (160 tbs)|
|Boiling water||10 Cup (160 tbs)|
|Citric acid||2 Ounce|
|Tartaric acid||1 Ounce|
|Epson salts||1 Ounce|
Put grated lemon rind in large pot.
Add both juice and rinds to pot along with sugar.
Pour boiling water over all.
Measure in citric and tartaric acid and epsom salts.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Let stand overnight.
Put into containers.
To serve combine 1 part lemonade syrup to 4 parts water.
