Perfect Lemonade

Ingredients
  Superfine sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Finely grated lemon zest 4
  Cold water 2 Quart (8 Cups)
  Ice cubes/Crushed ice 2
  Lemon slices 4
  Fresh mint leaves 4 (To Garnish)
Directions

Combine sugar and 1 cup water in small saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally .
Remove from heat and cool completely .
Combine syrup, lemon juice and zest in large pitcher or jar with tight-fitting lid.
Add cold water and stir vigorously.
When ready to serve, fill tall glasses with ice and pour lemonade over .
Garnish with lemon slices and mint.
