Chilled Lemonade

Ingredients
  Lemons 6 (Use Grated Rind And Juice)
  Sugar 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Boiling water 2 Pint (1.2 Liter)
Directions

Put the lemon rind and sugar in a tall jug.
Pour in the boiling water and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Allow to cool, then chill for 2 hours.
Stir in the lemon juice and strain the lemonade into another jug.
Serve chilled.
Makes 7.5 litres/2 pints
