|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or To Suit Taste)|
|Ice cubes||16 Large, crushed|
Remove seeds from lemon juice but do not strain.
Add sugar and crushed ice and stir until sugar is dissolved and ice is almost melted.
Decorate with lemon slice then serve.
Amount of ice and sugar both may be varied to suit personal tastes.
