Refreshing Ginger Tonic With Lemonade

A refreshing and spicy cold beverage loaded with foods that help you feel better and recover faster from colds/flus/and sinus issues!
  Ginger knob 2 , peeled and cut into chunks
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Raw agave nectar/Honey 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Filtered water 2 Cup (32 tbs)

1 In a blender jar, combine the ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and honey.
2 Pour in the water.
3 Blend for a few seconds until all the ingredients are well combined.

4 In a serving glass, add some ice cubes and strain the lemonade over them.
5 Serve at once.

From now on, keep fresh ginger on hand at all times cause even if you aren't so sick, this is refreshing elixir is just perfect for a summer day.
