|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or To Taste)|
|Fresh grated lemon zest||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh mint sprigs||2 (For Garnish)|
In a saucepan bring 6 cups water to a boil, stir in the lemon juice, the mint, the sugar, and the lemon zest, and let the mixture cool.
Chill the lemonade, covered, for at least 1 hour.
Strain the lemonade into tall glasses filled with ice and garnish each glass with a mint sprig.
