Soft Lemonade Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen lemonade concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed, divided (1 Can)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Additional Required)
Directions

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Combine flour and baking soda; add to the creamed mixture alternately with 1/3 cup of lemonade concentrate.
Mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 400° for 8 minutes.
Remove to wire racks.
Brush with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with sugar.
Cool.
