Homemade L can on any day beat any of the energy drinks on a hot summer day. A glass of chilled Homemade Lemonade is enough to refresh you and get you back on your feet. Here is an excellent Homemade Lemonade recipe that I often resort to!
  Lemons 3
Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Citric acid/Tartaric acid 1 Tablespoon

Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
Put the juice and skins into a large jug with the sugar, acid, and boiling water.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Cover the jug with a plate and leave to get cold.
Discard lemon skins and bottle liquid.
Yields about 1 quart.
