Chilled Lemonade Dessert

Ingredients
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flavor sugar free gelatin dessert 3 Ounce (1 Package, Jell O)
  Light neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce, softened (Philadelphia Brand, 1 Package)
  Frozen lemonade concentrate 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thawed
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Thawed non diary whipped topping 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Cool Whip)
Directions

Bring water to a boil.
Gradually add to gelatin in small bowl; stir until dissolved.
Beat neufchatel cheese, lemonade concentrate and peel in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in gelatin; chill until thickened but not set.
Fold in whipped topping; pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish as desired.
