Chilled Lemonade Dessert
|Cold water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Flavor sugar free gelatin dessert||3 Ounce (1 Package, Jell O)|
|Light neufchatel cheese||8 Ounce, softened (Philadelphia Brand, 1 Package)|
|Frozen lemonade concentrate||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thawed|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Thawed non diary whipped topping||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Cool Whip)|
Bring water to a boil.
Gradually add to gelatin in small bowl; stir until dissolved.
Beat neufchatel cheese, lemonade concentrate and peel in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in gelatin; chill until thickened but not set.
Fold in whipped topping; pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Garnish as desired.
