Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon pudding and pie filling 3 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 4 cup glass measuring cup.
Microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until liquid comes to a boil.
Stir every minute after 3 minutes of cooking.
