Easy Lemon Squares

I first had these lemon squares at a friend's house when I was about 15 and they were the most scrumptious thing I had ever eaten. Now they are just one of the lemony treats I like to make on occasion but they still rank up there at the top of my list (thanks, Vera!). With the buttery shortbread crust and the fresh lemon filling they are a dessert special enough for company yet easy enough to make any time for your own family. The recipe yields a nice big batch too so you can serve the whole gang. Enjoy!
Ingredients
For the crust
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Icing sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For the filling
  Eggs 4 Large
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. For the crust: In a bowl, add and combine the flour with icing sugar and butter until becomes a coarse meal.
3. Take the 9 x 13 inch greased pan and add the flour mixture, press it gently into the bottom for a firm base. Bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
4. For the filling: In a large mixing bowl, add and combine the eggs with sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking powder. Whisk it well until combined.
5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake it at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
6. Once done, remove and let it cool completely before serving.

SERVING
7. Serve the lemon squares with warm milk or ice cream.

Wow ! Making these lemon Squares seems to be pretty easy. however, I'd have wanted to see the finished product after you bake them at the end of the video.
