Frosted Lemon Treats
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon frosting||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use As Needed)|
Grease bottom only of oblong baking dish, 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches.
Mix margarine, sugar, egg, lemon peel and milk.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Spread evenly in baking dish.
Microwave uncovered 2 minutes; turn dish one half turn.
Microwave until no longer doughy, 1 to 2 minutes.
Cool; frost with Lemon Frosting.cut into bars, about 2 x 1 1/2 inches.
