|Canned sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Pint, whipped|
|Strawberries||10 , sliced|
Line bottom and sides of a 2 1/2-quart souffle dish or straight-sided bowl with ladyfingers, placing rounded sides of ladyfingers toward outside of souffle dish, set dish aside.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon rind, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl, stir well.
Fold in two-thirds of whipped cream, spoon into dish.
Spread remaining whipped cream on top, cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.
Arrange the strawberry slices on top before serving.
