Lemon-Pineapple Topping

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg yolk 6 , beaten
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce, drained
Directions

Combine sugar and flour in a heavy saucepan, mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.
Boil 1 to 2 minutes or until the mixture has thickened, cool completely.
