Lemon And Orange Ice-Cream
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄3 Pint, approximate measure|
|Grated orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cream||450 Gram, weighing approximately 1 lb|
1. Mix the fruit juices and add the sugar.
2. Add the milk, cream and rind.
3. Prepare the ice-cream in an ice-cream churner.
Note: The ice-cream can also be prepared in a refrigerator. In that case, instead of adding 6 teacups of milk, add 3 teacups of milk and a little extra cream.
