Lemon Angel Ring
|Angel food cake||9 Inch|
|Lemon pie filling||20 Ounce|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Crushed lemon candy drops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Line 9-inch tube pan with waxed paper.
Remove brown crusts from cake; tear into bite-sized pieces.
Fold lemon pie filling into whipped cream; fold in candy lightly.
Alternate layers of lemon mixture and cake in prepared pan, beginning and ending with lemon mixture.
Unmold on serving dish.
Swirl additional whipped cream over top; sprinkle with additional chopped candy.
