Baked Sole In Lemon Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Lemon 1
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sole fillets 2 Pound
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

"Stir lemon juice into mayonnaise gradually; add salt, pepper and parsley.
Arrange sole in greased baking pan.
Cover sole with sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika; garnish with parsley.
