Lemon Squares

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectioners' sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted (plus extra to garnish)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2)Take a bowl,add cream,sugar and flour.
3)Now choose a 9x13 inch baking pan,and add the dough. Press dough into the bottom of pan.
4)Now bake for 20-25 minutes till its golden
5)Now pick a bowl,add eggs and sugar and beat well.Add the rest of the remaining ingredients and mix well.
6)Now pour over the baked crust and bake for additional 25 minutes or till its light brown.
7)Now chill overnight.

SERVING
8)Cut into squares and sprinkle with sugar and serve.
