Lemon Surprise

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 (Grated Rind And Juice Squeezed)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, beat the egg yolks and milk using an electric mixer
2) Then tip in the flour, sugar and salt and continue to blend
3) Add in the rind and the lemon juice
4) Beat the egg whites till stiff and fold into the egg yolk mixture
5) Pour evenly into greased custard cups
6) Place the cups into a shallow pan of water, filling up halfway of the cups
7) Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 F
8) Once baked, place in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly

SERVING
9) Serve the custard topped with whipped cream and a glanced cherry
