Lemon Mint Dessert Mold

Ingredients
  Lemon flavored gelatin 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter mints 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sliced peaches 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Sliced maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl add gelatin, mints, boiling water and mix until gelatin and mints are dissolved.
2. Chill the gelatin mixture until, slightly thickened.
3. Add sliced peaches, slices maraschino cherries to the gelatin mixture and fol.

FINALISING
4. In a 1-quart mold, pour the fruit mixture, cover and freeze until set.

SERVING
5. Serve chilled.
