Sauterne Cup

Ingredients
  Sauterne 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Lemon juice 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
  Grenadine syrup 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Maraschino. 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
  Yellow chartreuse 1 1⁄3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill)
  Benedictine 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Brandy 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
  Curacao 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill, Brown Variety)
  Lemon slices 4
  Cucumber slice 1
  Fresh fruit slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Needed)
  Soda water 1 Pint
  Ice lump 1 Large
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a large bowl, place ice lump and pour Sauterne on top.
2. Add Lemon Juice, Grenadine Syrup, Brown Curacao, Maraschino, Yellow Chartreuse, Benedictine, Brandy and Soda Water; stir well.
3. Strain the mixture.

SERVING
4. In a tall glass, pour drink and garnish top with slices of cucumber, Lemon, and fresh fruit.

TIPS
One can omit, Yellow Chartreuse and Benedictine, if desired.
