Lemon Angel Delight

|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
In bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar; whip until stiff.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; fold into egg whites with lemon and rind.
Fold in whipped cream; freeze.
Delicious served over cake.
