Lemon Pepper Pasta

|Cracked black pepper||5 Milliliter|
|Grated lemon rind||30 Milliliter|
|All purpose flour||500 Milliliter|
|Ice water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Blend the pepper, lemon and eggs together.
Place in a mixing bowl.
Add the flour slowly and knead into a soft dough ball (add small amounts of ice water if required).
Process as Basic Pasta Dough.
Restriction:Lacto Ovo Vegetarian
