|Salsify||2 Bunch (200 gm), prepared for cooking|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. In a saucepan, cover salsify with water.
2. Place pan on a medium low flame and cover with a lid.
3. Simmer salsify for 20-25 minute until tender-crisp.
4. Drain well and return to pan
5. Add butter and seasonings and heat on a low flame tossing, for 2-3 minutes until butter melts and glazes the vegetable
6. Turn out into serving dish
7. Serve warm
