|Fresh lemon juice||2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Vodka/Gin||1 Ounce (2 Tablespoon)|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon zest||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish, Thin Curls)|
Combine all ingredients except zest in cocktail shaker or jar with tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until well blended.
Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish froth with lemon curl.
