Ingredients
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Vodka/Gin 1 Ounce (2 Tablespoon)
  Egg white 1
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon zest 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish, Thin Curls)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except zest in cocktail shaker or jar with tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until well blended.
Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish froth with lemon curl.
