La Costa Spa Salad

Ingredients
  Green apples 2 Small
  Shredded green cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green peppers 2 , seeded and sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Core and chop the apples, leaving the skin on for color.
Combine the apples, cabbage, green peppers, and lemon juice.
Allow the salad to marinate for 2-3 hours before serving.
Serve chilled on a lettuce leaf.
