Ingredients
  Gin 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Clear honey 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon crush 1 1⁄2 Pint (900 Milliliter)
  Cinnamon stick 1 , lightly bruised
  Lemon slices 3
  Cinnamon stick 2 (To Decorate)
Directions

Place the gin, honey, lemon crush and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan over a medium heat for 20 mins.
Strain mixture, discard the bruised cinnamon stick and serve hot, decorated with lemon slices and the cinnamon stick.
