|Clear honey||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon crush||1 1⁄2 Pint (900 Milliliter)|
|Cinnamon stick||1 , lightly bruised|
|Cinnamon stick||2 (To Decorate)|
Place the gin, honey, lemon crush and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan over a medium heat for 20 mins.
Strain mixture, discard the bruised cinnamon stick and serve hot, decorated with lemon slices and the cinnamon stick.
