|Evaporated milk||15 Ounce|
|Lemon gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Chill milk 3 hours.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 CUPS hot water chill until thick and then beat until fluffy.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Beat milk until thick add first mixture.
Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbs into 13x9x2 inch pan.
Pour in mixture and cover top with other 1/2 of crumbs.
Chill until firm.
