Lemon Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients
  Butter 80 Gram, softened
  Lemon rind 1 Tablespoon, finely grated
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped tarragon leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken breast fillets/Bone 1 Kilogram
  Lemon 140 Gram, sliced
  Unpeeled garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
Directions

Combine butter, rind, juice, tarragon and sugar in small bowl.
Remove and discard skin from chicken; make 3 deep diagonal cuts across each piece.
Press butter mixture into cuts; spread remainder all over chicken.
Place chicken in shallow baking dish, in single layer, with lemon and garlic.
Bake, uncovered, in very hot oven about 20 minutes or until browned lightly and cooked through.
