Spiced Lemon Vinegar

Ingredients
  Dry sherry 1
  White vinegar 1 Pint
  Cinnamon stick 9 Inch
  8 inch lemon peel 3 (Spirals)
  Green grapes 10
Directions

Combine wine, vinegar, 3 inches cinnamon stick, and 1 spiral of lemon peel in saucepan.
Bring to boiling; simmer 15 minutes.
Strain into hot clean bottles with corks or caps.
To each bottle, add 3 inches cinnamon stick, 1 spiral lemon peel, and 5 grapes.
Seal.
