Mount Fujiyama

Ingredients
  Whiskey 2 Ounce (60 Milliliter)
  Port 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soda water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange peel 1
  Pineapple 1
Directions

Put the whiskey, port, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a tall glass over ice cubes.
Add a little soda and stir.
Twist the orange peel above the glass and drop it in.
Garnish with pineapple chunk.
