|Whiskey||2 Ounce (60 Milliliter)|
|Port||1⁄2 Ounce (15 Milliliter)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Ounce (45 Milliliter)|
|Soda water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Put the whiskey, port, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a tall glass over ice cubes.
Add a little soda and stir.
Twist the orange peel above the glass and drop it in.
Garnish with pineapple chunk.
