Mount Eliza Cocktail

Ingredients
  Scotch whisky 2 Ounce (60 Milliliter)
  Cherry liqueur 1 Ounce (30 Milliliter)
  Sweet vermouth 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 1 Ounce (30 Milliliter)
  Egg white 1⁄2
  Lemon slice 1
Directions

Pour the Scotch, cherry liqueur, vermouth, lemon juice and egg white into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake very well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with lemon slice.
