Horse S Neck With Brandy
|Brandy||2 Ounce (60 Milliliter)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Ounce (15 Milliliter)|
|Angostura bitters||1 Dash|
|Ginger ale||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Peel the lemon in one continuous strip.
Put the peel in a tall glass leaving one end hanging over the edge of the glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Pour in the brandy, lemon juice and bitters.
Add a little ginger ale and stir again.
