Parsley Lemon Loaves

Ingredients
  Brown and serve french rolls 2 Large (Ach About 8 Inches Long)
  Soft butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice rolls diagonally in 1-inch slices.
Combine butter and parsley; blend in lemon juice.
Spread one side of each slice with parsley butter.
Reassemble each roll on a long skewer, inserting skewer through center of slices.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from very hot coals turning to brown evenly.
