Ingredients
  Turnips 3 Medium, peeled and cut into strips
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste (for seasoning)
  Pepper To Taste (for seasoning)
Directions

Cook turnips; drain well.
Add butter, snipped parsley, chopped onion and lemon juice.
Toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper.
