|Sugar||26 Ounce (1 Pound And 10 Ounce)|
|Tartaric acid||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Epsom salts||1⁄4 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Pint|
Combine sugar, tartaric acid and epsom salts in a large bowl, add boiling water, stir until sugar is dissolved.
Finely grate the rind of 2 lemons, squeeze juice, add to liquid, allow to become cold.
Pour into bottles, cork, or cover with screw caps, store in refrigerator.
Mixture will keep for 2 to 3 weeks.
