Fresh Lemon Drink

  Lemons/Use whole lemon 3 Large, washed and cubed
  Sugar 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Boiling water 2 Pint (1 1/2 Liter)
  Mint sprigs 3
  Lemon slices 4
  Ice cubes 5

Put the lemon cubes in a large stoneware jug, add the sugar and pour over the boiling water.
Leave for 20 minutes, then strain.
Add the mint, lemon slices and ice cubes.
Allow the ice to cool the drink before serving.
