Ingredients
  Fruit 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen Blueberries, Cherries, Peaches, Raspberries, Apples, Apricots)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Depends On Juiciness Of Fruit)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pie pastry 1 (Single Crust)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F.
In a small bowl, combine fruit, flour, sugar and lemon rind.
Stir to mix well.
Pour into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Place piecrust over fruit and pinch around plate edge to seal.
Cut slits in crust and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
