Deep Dish Cobbler
|Fruit||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen Blueberries, Cherries, Peaches, Raspberries, Apples, Apricots)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Depends On Juiciness Of Fruit)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Pie pastry||1 (Single Crust)|
Preheat oven to 425° F.
In a small bowl, combine fruit, flour, sugar and lemon rind.
Stir to mix well.
Pour into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Place piecrust over fruit and pinch around plate edge to seal.
Cut slits in crust and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
