Ingredients
  Red onions 1 1⁄4 Pound, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices (565 Grams)
  Lemon juice 45 Milliliter (5 Tablespoons)
  Minced fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Tilapia 1 1⁄2 Pound, dressed, gutted, with head and tail attached (680 Grams)
  Extra virgin olive oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemons 2 Large
  Minced cilantro 5 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix onions, lemon juice, and ginger. Reserve a couple of onion slices; arrange blend cornstarch, horseradish, and cooking liquid. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring.
2. Spoon sauce evenly over fish. Arrange potatoes on platter around fish; sprinkle with onions
