Lemon Frosted Plum Squares

Ingredients
  Strawberry-flavored gelatin 6 Ounce, flavored (1 Package)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Boiling water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Lemon-lime carbonated beverage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Plums 2 Cup (32 tbs), pitted and cut in wedges (9 Pieces)
  Instant lemon pudding mix 3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cold milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bibb lettuce 4
  Apple slice 4
  Lemon lime carbonated beverage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plums 2 Cup (32 tbs), pitted and cut in wedges (9 Plums)
  Instant lemon pudding mix 3 3⁄4 Ounce (One 3 3/4 Ounce Package)
  Apple slices 5
Directions

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Cool to room temperature.
Slowly pour in carbonated beverage and lemon juice; stir gently.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in plums.
Pour into 8x8x2-inch pan.
Chill till almost firm.
In mixer bowl combine pudding mix and milk; beat till smooth.
Blend in sour cream.
Spread pudding mixture atop gelatin.
Chill till firm.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce-lined plates.
Garnish with apple slices atop each square, if desired.
