Lemon Rounds With Pecans

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sifted
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely shredded
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped
  Lemon glaze 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl cream butter or margarine, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Beat in lemon peel and lemon juice.
Stir in flour, mixing well.
Using one rounded teaspoon dough for each cookie, shape dough into balls; dip one side in.chopped nuts.
Place, nut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in granulated sugar.
Bake at 350° for 22 to 25 minutes.
Cool; drizzle with Lemon Glaze.
