|Unsifted flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice concentrate||3 Tablespoon|
Stir together flour and baking soda; set aside.
In large mixer bowl, beat margarine, shortening and sugars until fluffy.
Add egg; mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients and ReaLemon® brand; mix well.
Chill 2 hours; form into two 10-inch rolls.
Wrap well; freeze until firm.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cut rolls into round shape; place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets.
Brush with egg white.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned
