Fill a highball glass with ice; pour in brandy, then the bitters.
Top with dry ginger ale.
Garnish with 'horse's head' To make horse's head decoration: Peel away the skin of a lemon in one long piece.
Tie a knot in one end.
Drape knotted end of peel over the inside edge of a highball glass, so that most of the peel dangles outside the glass.
